B2B Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will actively manage B2B sales in the field of industrial manufacturing, particularly in sheet metal manufacturing. You will have everything in your hands in our start-up: from lead generation and qualification, to the initial conversation with the customer, successful contract negotiation and active customer success management.
Your tasks
- Your primary focus will be on B2B sales of our digital services to manufacturing companies, starting from initial contact and leading up to long-term cooperation.
- You will manage day-to-day sales operations and provide individual customer support.
- Additionally, you will design and develop our sales channels and structures, both for traditional and digital sales.
- You will maintain close contact with our customers and help ensure that their collaboration with us is a complete success.
- You will act as the voice of the customer and work closely with our software development and CAD/CAM teams to optimize our solution for their needs.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing) or a completed vocational training (e.g. in a commercial/technical field or as a sales specialist).
- You have a structured way of working, a high level of willingness and motivation to learn new tasks and domains.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and possess excellent service and customer orientation skills.
- You have a high degree of independence, decisiveness, and motivation to actively contribute to the growth of a start-up, beyond the tasks mentioned above.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
