Simulate NC programs online with just one click

The NC program simulation can be opened directly in the order on the ScaleNC platform with just one click on delivered NC programs (LST files) for 2D laser, punching, and punch-laser machines. A slider allows for step-by-step simulation of the cutting process. Part contours, tools, special machining (e.g. piercing points) or movements are color-coded. If the NC program contains multiple sheets, navigation between the sheets is easy.

The simulation allows for a quick and easy check of delivered NC programs before the actual execution of the programs on your machine and supports in optimizing cutting speeds, tool paths, and machining strategies. Test it yourself! The NC program simulation is already available for all orders.
